January 2023 - Kenya, Italian Machinery Distributor: The project involves broccoli and peas with processing phases that include bubble washing, high-pressure washing, sanitizing management, refrigerator unit management, product cooling, dosing, and loading. Standard starting products: VLO20/8 + NU + TLCR. A complete line with a washing/cooling tank for products and a crate washing tunnel with recirculating water. Both machines are equipped with a liquid chlorine dosing system to control the water quality through this sanitizer. The control panel includes a PH meter, temperature control in the tank, and management of the refrigerator unit.
