INFORMATION AS PER LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003 ART. 13

Dear Customer,

as per Legislative Decree no.196/2003 art. 13 (hereinafter .U.), concerning the personal information Favrin S.r.l. will possess, we would like to inform you of the following:

1. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
Processing is solely aimed to correctly and completely meet contract,  pre-contact and professional assignment obligations
2. DATA PROCESSING METHODS
Processing is completed through the operations or group of operations indicated in T.U. article 4, paragraph a): data collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, editing, selection, export, comparison, use, interconnection, block, communication, cancellation and distribution.
Operations may be performed with or without the assistance of electronic or automated instruments.
Processing is performed by the data controller and/or processors who work under the data controller's direct supervision following the instructions set forth in Legislative Decree 196/2003 ex. art. 30.
3. PROVIDING DATA
Providing personal data is strictly required to complete the activities described in point 1.
4. REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA
Any refusal by the data subject to provide personal information for the case stated in point 3 will make the activities described in point 1 impossible.
5. DATA COMMUNICATION
Personal information may be learnt by the personnel, even outsourced, assigned to processing and may be communicated by the company for the sole purposes described in point 1.
6. DATA DISCLOSURE
Personal information is not disclosed.
7. DATA TRANSFER ABROAD
Personal information may be transferred to countries in the EU and third party countries outside the EU for the purposes stated in point 1.
8. DATA SUBJECT'S RIGHTS
T.U. article 7 grants the data subject specific rights, including the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data that concerns him/her exists and their communication in intelligent form; the data subject has the right to receive indication on the origin of personal data, on the purposes and processing methods, on the logic applied to processing, on the controller and individuals to whom personal data may be communicated; the data subject also has the right to update, rectify and supplement data, cancel, transform into anonymous form or block data illicitly processed; the data subject has the right to object to data processing for legitimate reasons.
