Description
 

Our conveyor/lifting belts for exhausted marcs are thoroughly implemented in AISI304 stainless steel, with “Redler“ type shovel for the transport of the exhausted marcs deriving from pneumatic presses or continuous wine presses.

The self-propelled shovels, driven by two chains, provided with rollers, slide on suitable side guides, making the marc slide on the sliding surface, thus obtaining the shift.
 

This solution allows to cover long transport segments and to carry out the horizontal and tilted segment in one unique machine, a solution which cannot be adopted with rubber or pvc belts.

The lower chain section is provided with removable panels for the recovery of the marcs, which may detach from the shovels.
